Update on Bills HB23-1080 and HB23-1247

Thank you to all of our Allies who made testimonies and contributions to oppose bill HB23-1080. It has been postponed indefinitely.

Since HB23-1080 was postponed indefinitely, HB23-1247 appears to be its replacement, a pro-nuclear energy bill camouflaged by research into other energy technologies. RMPJC is opposing this bill as it heads to appropriations. Stay tuned for updates!
