Eric Sirotkin of the National Campaign to End the Korean War will speak about a new approach with N. Korea, one that builds relationships and reduces tensions, rather than marching toward war. He believes It is time to reject rather than escalate the militarization of Korea, to talk more, not less, and to formalize relations, not as a reward, but as a necessary preventative measure.
