2pm-4pm YWCA of Boulder County 2222 14th St Boulder, CO 80302 Perspectiva 2016 Candidate Forum. This candidate forum from a Latino perspective, a FREE PUBLIC EVENT, is co-hosted by the Latino Task Force of Boulder County and LWVBC, and moderated by leaders in the Latino community. Candidates for U.S. Senator and Colorado Congressional Districts 2 and 4 have been invited to speak and then respond to questions from the audience.
