LAND USE DEPARTMENT Public Hearing: Docket DC-16-0004 Amendments to Oil and Gas Development Regulations -- Commissioners will consider proposed Land Use Code amendments addressing oil and gas development within the Boulder County Land Use Code.

PUBLIC TESTIMONY An online sign-up for individual speakers and pooled time will be available starting at noon on March 1 at http://bit.ly/BoCoOG. Speakers will be organized in the order that their sign-up submission is received. The list of speakers will be available on the Oil and Gas webpage the morning of March 14 for reference and planning purposes. Assigned time slots are approximate and speakers must be present when they are called to speak. In-person sign-ups will be taken on the day of the hearing, but will be placed at the end of the speaker list after online sign-ups.

ACTION REQUESTED Commissioners will make their decision at a public meeting March 23 at 2:00 p.m. No further public testimony will be taken at that time.
