Tell Congress: No war with North Korea

On Thursday, Reps. John Conyers (MI) and Thomas Massie (KY) and Sen. Ed Markey (MA) were joined by more than 50 members of Congress in introducing new legislation2 to keep President Trump from starting a war with North Korea without congressional authorization.

Congress needs to take back its power over war and peace -- and this legislation does just that.
