Anti-War Demonstration, August 4th

When: Saturday, August 4th, 11am - 12pm Where: Canyon and Broadway, Boulder, CO We'll carry signs opposing wars against Russia, Syria, North Korea, Afghanistan, etc. Let's be visible in our opposition to war! Nuclear Winter: An Outcome of Nuclear War, August 5th

When: Sunday, August 5th, 6 pm Where: First United Methodist Church, 1421 Spruce St, Boulder Brian Toon, an expert on nuclear winter will discuss the the severe and prolonged global climatic cooling effect likely to occur after widespread firestorms during and following a nuclear war. A potluck begins at 6 PM and Brian Toon will speak at 7 PM. Bring friends and please bring reusable plates and cups.

4th Annual Summer Picnic, August 31st

URGENT: National Campaign to Keep Rocky Flats Closed

Killing Gaza Screening, July 28th

When: Saturday, July 28th from 2:15pm to 5:00pm Where: Boulder Public Library, Boulder Creek Room Independent journalists Max Blumenthal and Dan Cohen documented Israel's 2014 assault on Gaza during the war, and chronicled its horrific aftermath. As they waded through the rubble of Gaza's destroyed border regions, they turned a camera onto the survivors of the slaughter and let them speak for themselves.
