When: Saturday, June 2nd, 11am - 12pm Where: Canyon and Broadway, Boulder, CO We'll carry signs opposing wars against Russia, Syria, North Korea, Afghanistan, etc. Let's be visible in our opposition to war! Is Temporary Protected Status the next DACA? June 9th

When: Saturday, June 9th. 3 pm - 5 pm Where: Boulder Library Canyon Theater, 1001 Arapahoe Ave. Immigrants from Central America are in danger from the Trump Administration cancellation of TPS. Bilingual event, limited childcare Presenters will share: The U.S Role in creating Asylum seekers; why the Trump Administration must EXPAND not CANCEL Temporary Protected Status (TPS); stories of TPS recipients in our community; and what community members can do to call for change.

Compassionate Communication Workshop, June 28th

When: Thursday, June 28th, 6:30 pm - 9 pm Where: Alfalfa's Community Room This will be an introductory workshop to compassionate communication. We will scratch the surface of empathy and compassion, compassionate listening, and nonviolent communication. Event is free and open to the public. Donations $0 - $20 are greatly appreciated to help cover costs and allow us to do more workshops in the future.

Unpacking Gun Violence: A Candidate's Forum, May 20th

When: Sunday, May 20th, 2 - 4 pm Where: Unity of Boulder Spiritual Center, 2855 Folsom A forum to hear Candidate's positions on Reforming Gun Laws to help keep people safe. Candidates for Boulder District Attorney and the 2nd Congressional District will be there to present their positions and answer questions from many young people and others who will be in attendance. We need you to come and voice your concerns! RMPJC is co-sponsoring this forum with Visions for a New America and Never Again Colorado. Community Meeting with Sheriff Pelle: No Communication with ICE, May 2nd
