We, the organizing committee for the Rocky Flats Resistance Reunion, would like to invite you to the 30th Anniversary Reunion in Boulder, April 11-13, 2008. We are planning a series of events to commemorate the actions that both culminated and began in April 1978, catch up with old friends, reflect on the actions and their effects on our lives and history, examine the current realities of nuclear weapons, and share the spirit of activism in our lives and those of our children and the next generations. The weekend's activities are being planned to include social time as well as educational presentations. We hope that you will attend and reconnect with old friends, as well as participate in events designed to reflect on the experiences and lessons learned, as well as share the experience of activism for peace and justice in a multi-generational gathering. We are planning various activities, and hope to document the gathering for ourselves and those who still have much to do in order to fulfill the dreams of disarmament, peace and justice that motivated us and so many others 30 years ago.
We hope you can attend, and can help pass this on to others in this grassroots effort to reconnect and have a wonderful reunion. Whether you can attend or not, please send in contact information so we can stay in touch, and a message if you would like. Please pass this along to other people you might be in touch with from those actions and campaigns. If you would prefer to stay at someone's home instead of a hotel, please let us know and we will arrange housing. We hope you will be able to attend, and look forward to a rich weekend of reflection, reconnection, and fun. In the continuing spirit of working for peace, justice, environmental protection, and nuclear disarmament,
