In a strange maneuver, Republicans joined with some Democrats to allow a discussion of Kucinich's impeachment resolution.

However, Democrats then countered by offering a motion to refer the proposal to the House Judiciary Committee for further study, effectively preventing a debate on the House floor.

The line has been drawn in the sand. It is time for Democrats to pick a side. Every single Democrat who opposes the impeachment of Dick Cheney is a Democrat in name only. Each and every one of them needs to be challenged in a primary and replaced by a liberal mcp certification. Fifty four percent of Americans are in support of impeaching the vice president.
